Meet the Rat Terrier!
Rat Terriers are one of the most adaptable dog breeds around. Think of them as a healthier, sturdier alternative to a Chihuahua—still compact enough to ride in the car, curl up on the couch, or accompany you on a weekend getaway, but with stronger bone structure and fewer breathing or dental issues.

Benefits of Buying from a Breeder
A lot of people worry that they’re contributing to overpopulation problem by buying from a breeder and not adopting from a rescue or shelter, but the truth is that not all people are able to adopt a dog from a rescue and shelter. Unfortunately dogs in shelters have unknown origins most of the time, this unpredictability simply isn’t an acceptable risk for some families. It doesn’t make you a bad person, you’re just looking for a more predictable dog to add to your family, that’s fine!
All of our dogs are raised in a clean, loving environment, socialized with kids and people, and from health-tested parents. Our goal is to give you a dog you can enjoy and who is emotionally consistent and easy to live with.
The benefits of adopting from a breeder are numerous, but here are some highlights:
-
-
Comprehensive health testing on all sires and dams
-
24-month genetic health guarantee in writing
-
Puppies leave microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed
-
You’re always welcome to meet the parents and see how your puppy is raised
- We help match you with the perfect puppy for your lifestyle, this way training is much easier!
-
These safeguards mean fewer unexpected vet bills and greater peace of mind as your new companion grows.
